Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Jetdraft ("Services"), operated by Monolith Growth Ventures Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy is a separate document that describes how we handle your personal information.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Jetdraft. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Jetdraft on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Jetdraft. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at kenn@askmonolith.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes any third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or any related systems.
  • Use the Services to generate spam, misinformation, or content intended to deceive.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code.
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without prior written consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Jetdraft offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Current prices are listed at jetdraftai.com/pricing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, unused periods, or unused features.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Jetdraft. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Jetdraft is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points relevant to these Terms:

  • Content is encrypted at rest.
  • AI inference is routed through providers with zero-data-retention policies (Fireworks AI, DeepInfra).
  • Inference data is not stored beyond the processing of your request.
  • Your data is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may suspend or modify the Services at any time for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons without liability to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MONOLITH GROWTH VENTURES PTE. LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
