Monolith Growth Ventures Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates Jetdraft at jetdraftai.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle personal information when you use our services. By using Jetdraft, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Payment data: billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Content: documents, spreadsheets, images, workflow instructions, and other inputs you create or upload.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system.
- Analytics: collected via PostHog, Google Analytics, and Facebook.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies through PostHog, Google Analytics, and Facebook to understand how users interact with Jetdraft and for marketing purposes. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Jetdraft service.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To send transactional emails via Postmark (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
- To analyse usage patterns and improve the product.
- To communicate service updates and, where you have opted in, marketing messages.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Inference and Content Processing
Jetdraft routes AI inference through Fireworks AI and DeepInfra. Both providers operate under published zero-data-retention policies for standard inference:
- Fireworks AI: does not log or store prompt or generation data for open models without explicit opt-in. SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant.
- DeepInfra: holds submitted data in memory during inference only and deletes it after completion. No disk storage of prompts or outputs. SOC 2 / ISO 27001 alignment.
Your content is encrypted at rest within Jetdraft's own storage. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Data Retention
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently deleted immediately (0 days). AI inference data is not stored beyond the processing of your request.
6. Your Rights (Singapore PDPA)
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore), you have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Withdraw consent for data collection and use.
- Request deletion of your personal data.

7. Data Security
Jetdraft encrypts all stored content at rest. Encryption metadata including algorithm, key version, and timestamp is tracked alongside each stored value. All data in transit is protected via HTTPS.
8. Children
Jetdraft is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Jetdraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
